Responsibilities
Assist with general building and civil construction tasks on various job sites
Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and tools safely
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, mortar, and cement
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding or temporary structures
Safely operate manual tools and powered construction machinery (e.g., drills, mixers, jackhammers)
Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety guidelines, site directions, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Requirements
Good team-working skills and ability to follow site supervisor instructions carefully
Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety standards
Strong reliability and commitment to site safety guidelines

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, masonry, or physical manual labor preferred
- High school diploma or basic vocational training in construction preferred
- Strong physical fitness, stamina, and ability to perform heavy manual tasks in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
